Description
This one day course is for Business Continuity representatives, managers and those that want to find out more about the Business Continuity process.
Aim
To enhance participants' ability to develop a Business Continuity strategy
Topics Include:
- What is Business Continuity?
- Stages of Business Continuity Management in line with the British Standard
- How to identify, prioritise, evaluate and mitigate risks to your organisation
- What strategies can be implemented?
- What facilities are needed to continue business through a crisis?
- How the BC plan is an important document in the process
Duration
The duration of the course is one day and runs from 0900hrs to 1600hrs
Guidance for Attendance
The course is suitable for people that work in small organisations to those in large public or private sector establishments.
EPS Membership
This course is endorsed by the Emergency Planning Society (EPS). Delegates on the course are entitled to apply for 12 months Associate Membership of the EPS and will be able to claim up to three CPD points.
Cost
NORMIT Members - £150 per delegate
Non Members - £400 per delegate
EPS Members -10% discount on Non Member price.
