Young Enterprise

This information is for Students, Business Advisors and Link Teachers involved in the Young Enterprise Scheme.

Norfolk County Council and NORMIT are pleased to be able to offer assistance to Young Enterprise Companies to help them prepare Business Continuity Plans.

Business Continuity is all about planning and preparing for incidents to ensure business disruption is minimal and recovery is swift.

To help the Young Enterprise Companies we have produced a booklet containing a simple template plan and guidance on how to fill in the template.

All the Young Enterprise Companies that complete a Business Continuity Plan are eligible for the Young Enterprise Business Continuity Plan Award. Companies should send their completed Business Continuity Plan to the Young Enterprise Scheme by the end of January 2009. The plans will then be judged and the award given to the company that has produced the best Business Continuity Plan. The Business Continuity Plan Award is supported by Norfolk County Council, NORMIT and Nice to Have.
