Description
'Structured Debriefing' is a simple and effective method for reviewing experiences.
It follows a set of 'ethical' values built on fairness and equality. Training
covers planning, leading, and reporting the debrief. Courses are facilitated
in workshop style using workbooks, formal inputs, exercises and group participation.
Post course support is offered to encourage use and help build skills. Course Certificates are only awarded to those who show, by reporting on two debriefings, they have applied the technique in their workplace.
'Structured Debriefing' is now applied widely by its trained practitioners. Public, Private and Voluntary Sector Organisations are using it to monitor and develop performance within their organisations. It is invariably well received.
The Centre has flexible training programmes with 'free' follow up support; a Consultancy Service; and provides support to a large network of practitioners. For more information please visit the web site at www.structured-debriefing.co.uk
